    Hi there. I think all of the Hummel figures are marked with the Goebel maker's mark.

    I don't think it's a Hummel unless it has the Hummel name on it. I think this piece is Japanese, maybe Lefton, from the number. We used to have a Lefton expert, but hasn't been around for years.

    Piglet, you might want to check eBay for "Napco Newsboy figurine". There are several listed there.
