It was a real mix, komo. Some old British coins and a fair few pre euro ones, too. Instant profit with the ones I've kept. ;)

Good one! I got skunked today - spent $5 total between an estate sale (second day, nothing there for me the first day anyway) a tag sale and a charity store. At least two of us scored. Sounds like Bear got a pic-a-nic basket too.

Nice finds, eveybody. Davey, you are giving Mr. Nate a run for his money on the silver. Evelyb, score! You would never ever have an estate sale here where nobody was interested in jewelry. Bear, beautiful bag.

I am going to start a thread on the general forum about the ones that got away. I am dying here because I just didn't buy a piece of Tiffany jewelry for $10, left my phone at home, looked it up, the last piece went for $147.50. I need somebody to make me feel better, hence the new thread. We can commiserate.

These pictures are from last weekend at a local flea market. Timing is everything, and I got there just as they put the jewelry out. It was two guys selling tools, but they found boxes of jewelry in the basement, so they brought them along for fun.

I spent $17 with the guys, and a total of $30 on the lot of this from various other vendors.

Yesterday I went to a bi-annual community yard sale, lots of great stuff, then hit my local flea market late. You would think that was a bad thing, but timing, as I've said, is everything. I have to sort and photograph.

Speaking of Hull. Not that Im particularly interested in it nor knowledgeable, but for $2 I figured what the heck. Also found this giant USN ww2 (?) coffee pot that someone made an art project out of,but again $2 I figured I can water plants with it.

I've about given up on them unless Mom takes over. If I don't kill them, my cat tries them for edibility. The water pitcher thingie actually looks pretty nice the way it is.

This was my grandmother's and everyone got tired of moving it around so it now has a spot in my living room. Victrola vv 90..works absolutely great with a stack of records to go with it. Gene Autry sounds awesome on this old player. 20210326_203547.jpg
