Block Optic Tumble-up Set

I have one of these and recently have read that there may be a tray (figure 8 shaped) that goes with it. Does anyone know if this is true, and if so, can someone post a picture of it? I'd like to add one into my collection if such a thing is out there!! Replacement Lmt lists it in their pattern inventory.

Looks perfect, even if it could be a fibula.

 

There isn't one listed under Block Optic in my Warman's Guide on depression glass. No trays at all are listed. What I would do is either of the following. Since this was made by Hocking Glass, try to find any suitable tray they might have made so that at least the color would be the same or similar. Or try to contact the seller of the above tumble up where you found this photo to see if she has ever seen one.

 

Uh. Tumble Ups were made to store the tumbler on the "jug," upside down, wouldn't have needed a 'double' tray....

 

Of course, but I just assumed OP wanted one for the "look". It would be nice in a guest room. But now that you mention it, that likely means there never was a tray for this set.

 

Thanks. I suspect most comments are correct here. Replacements Lmt most have bought a set and it was on a tray (likely from a creamer/sugar set) and just listed it as a Block Optic Tumble tray. I just wanted to make sure no one else has seen one. I looked through all the books I have and nothing was ever listed in them. Not to say something new couldn't have been discovered!
