    It says "Fine Art Print" so it's not an original work of art. The fact that it isn't signed probably means it's not a limited run. Mass produced prints aren't worth much. Limited edition runs such as 50 or 100 are always signed and would be worth more. As komo said - decor. They have a 1980s palette.

    my link shows his signed and numbered works go for good money....

    Just in Googling, I think that’s a rather generic certificate. From what I can tell it should have more info and be signed by the authenticator.

    The Certificate of Authenticity is actually a red flag.
