Silver pin

Hi guys,
not so long time ago I found this pin. From norwegian language I translated that skolestevne is sort of school reunion. Does anyone know more about this pin, because in the internet i haven't found anything about it. Also does this pin is valuable?

 

Believe it is more likely to commemorate an ice skating 'school competition' rather than a reunion...

If it originally had letters in white enamel on a blue enamel background, it is now in poor condition. I agree with Cheryl that it is a souvenir of a skating competitive event, probably local, not international.

 

Google Translate says that "skolestevne" translates from Norwegian to "school reunion" in English. I'll assume that is where @Vaidas got the impression it was for a school reunion. Of course, translators can be incorrect.

Not that it helps, but I did some poking around and I think this is one of those words where context is everything. I'm getting the sense of "school" "class" and yes possibly, "competition" (but that one is really pushing the boundaries of my ability to interpret google translation).
