Featured Please help identify the signature on this Iridized Vase

    I think the first word is James, if that helps.

    1990 is far more likely with that scribed signature.

    I had thought Jim Norton also but was struggling to get the date to fit. It looks like 1970 to me and I don't believe he was making glass that early. If it's 1990 that would make so much sense and it sure looks good otherwise to my eye. Don't you wish people would realize that someone, somewhere isn't going to know them so they should always write extremely clearly:)

    It's a very pretty vase!

    I did find another vase with the same rim, not perfectly round nor even, and it was attributed to Norton but I cannot say that website is a reliable source.
    If it was supposed to be 1990, how come the second 9 is so different than the first one. Still confusing for me.

    I thought Lotton was Charles, Daniel, and David.

    The style looks right, to me For James Norton.
