Could someone help me with my brooches? (2)

Dear members of the Antiquers forum,

I decided to make a new thread because the first one was a little overcrowded in my opinion, so I decided to make a new one so I can add more brooches on this. I hope that I don't break the rules of the forum if I'm doing this, if I do let me know. But back to the subject. A couple of days ago I've bought this wonderful brooch and I would like to know more about it, and..... maybe you do! All the information is welcome, I appreciate it!

I am going to say late 1980's early 90's by looking at the front an the reason I say that is I am pretty sure I had the identical one. I bought brand new back then.

These were often sold actually attached to a high neck shirt or blouse. I agree on 1990s.
