    My wife and I own an antique store/flea market and we also buy estates. Only been in the "game" for 3 years and learning something new everyday. I hope I can learn a lot from this page and hopefully add to the discussions a little

    Welcome to the forums! How did you make the decision to own your own shop? Seems exciting and terrifying at the same time. Were you always sure you were cut out for it, that the profit margins would work out?

    Honestly, financially we were at our wits end and thought it would be a great place to grow our other buisness (I make custom cornhole set) and ended up being the best decision we have made...

    That's my hope. We got a really nice estate with what looks to be 100 yr old plus gun and bayonets and powder horns
