I need help identifying the maker of this ring, the type of stone and in what Era it was made and roughly what it is worth. It turns red under a UV flashlight. I appreciate any help I can get. E8D0FD79-173A-4E4F-9A18-93F30662C074.jpeg 0284A4B1-4E65-4C9B-9599-AA4D797E80E0.jpeg

I was thinking 1960s/70s from the design. The stone might be synthetic, an amethyst, or ....? Does it change color in natural light vs ultra-violet? It's the color of some synthetic color-change stones, at least the color they are in natural light. They go light blue under fluorescent bulbs. No clue about LEDs.

Aquitaine Is What It IS! But NEVER BORED!

This is the full image size.....not enlarged.....just not a thumbnail......If it's backed off to about 50% you can see a Large "D" and an "8"......I believe......

    Welcome to the forum, Pepper.
    I agree, Brutalist style, 60s-early 70s.
Could you take another picture of the mark, please? And a closeup of the stone (without the 'hand')?
