Picked up this lot at an estate sale. The top tools are some kind of stone. Are they shoemakers tools also?

They look like lace bobbins and the stone could be tailors chalk.

    Edit.
    Or Shoemakers Awls :D

Could those top stones be small whetstones for sharpening the tools?? .. Joy.

Joy, they are shaped pretty precise just to be a sharpening tool

The green thing is a top. I have one that belonged to my older brother that looks exactly like it. You wound string around it and let it go quickly.

On another thread on this site (which I can't seem to find) these type of stone tools were identified as leather shaping tools.

They could be used to burnish the edge of a piece of leather, which could be something a shoemaker might do.
I think my Mom used similar tools in leather-working.

Just saw this thread, and looked at your previous post. They may be leather creasers, for creating different profiles in damp leather. Usually made from metal nowadays.

Found a picture of the type of top. The one I have (somewhere) is green like yours wooden-throwing-top.jpg
