    How big is it?

    I see a hole in the bottom. If it’s fairly small, it could have had a suction cup in the hole, and go on a car dashboard?

    I am aware of the damage and I don't know what material it is made out of, maybe some sort of plastic? I was thinking it to be older than 1984 just by the way it looks. The little hole in the bottom looks like something screwed into it. It is also about 5 1/1 inches from top of the hat to feet. Thank you all!

    Hello @Brendan B & welcome to the forum!! :happy::happy:

    How about a child's toy sort of like the pinwheels you could get at a fair or carnival. The wind would make the head, wings & feet flutter.

    I think the amount of wind it would sustain attached to a car antenna would cause significant damage.
