Intaglio cut bottle with screw in double spout stopper - need help please.

This bottle came with a lot of assorted perfume bottles but I do not believe that it has anything to do with perfume. The stopper actually screws into the bottle & there is a spout on both sides. It is well made with intaglio cut floral design & a polished bottom. There are no marks of any kind & I struck out with my searches.

It is 3 7/8" to the top of the stopper, 3 5/8" to the top of the bottle & is 2 1/8" by 2 1/8" across the bottom.

I was thinking it could have been some type of bath oil or something like that.

When I searched double spout bottles I got Blenko water bottles & multiple different oil & vinegar style bottles.

There are serious collectors of apothecary bottles. If it's rare then . . ..

 

From what I could see, I thought it was some sort of bug or bugs on the bottle also!

 

You are right it isn't the greatest photo but it is just a flower on the side.
