Duck Head Platform Rocker Question

    Hello,
    I purchased this chair at a flea mall and cannot find any information about the time period or style. Can anyone tell me about it? It's value, year made, etc?

    Looks like a crude version of a swan's head rocker from the 30s-40s.

    Since you bought it at a flea market, I do hope you didn't invest tooo much in it??? The carving on the RIGHT arm looks to be significantly worse than the one on the left. Now, if you were looking for a project, I DO think you could improve it !!!!!!! I'm sorry, but that's what I see........
