this is quite heavy and the center is glass. Looks like it’s a nicer piece even though it is so plain.
I see an L but not sure what the first one is. T, J, F??? Who dunnit.

Doesnt look to be missing anything. Usually, there would be either a bore hole or solder left where the connection point would be (which is absent from this piece.)
