Painted Brass Duck w/Inscription & Name - Who is it?

I found 2 of these at a thrift store but left 1 because
A) one had some rust
B) I couldn't make out the artist's name.

Can anyone tell who the artist is of this one? (I can read Eduardo but not the last name; I think it's in spanish?)

First line "Eduardo." Second line "Artesanías" or Crafts and describes the type of merchandise. The third line is an address. Looks like "Londres 164A." The last line reads "Zona Rosa" a neighborhood in México City.

I wonder if the painted parts are actually ceramic and glazed. It looks like part brass traditional Mexican pottery.

Gosh, that takes me back nearly 50 yrs. Our hotel was in the Calle Hamburgo in the Zona Rossa. Nice restaurants around there too, and art galleries.

 

Yes, Tonalá ceramic figurine with brass adornment. I've always found this type of ware charming.
