What I was thinking, but I'm not sure of the maker from those pictures.

I have some Whiting and Davis ones. The big mesh one is Oroton, who are and were an Australian company. This one was made in West Germany though and is known as Glomesh. I've got some simply marked as that.

See, I’ve been led astray again by @Ownedbybear and @kristiaan  . Showing all these lovelies off and I couldn’t keep away from the Saleroom bid button. Princely sum of £12 ( + fees and postage). Obviously no one else looking at it gets a high from sorting through junk!.

I've a weakness for evening bags too, and mesh of any kind just works for me, something about its fluidity - sold Whiting & Davis at retail in the '80s, and seriously considered a halter top, but couldn't get over thinking it would be irritating to wear (do have a bib necklace). Mandalian also made painted mesh bags in the '20s-'30s comparable to those produced by W&D...

Great color, I love Higgins glass, have a book on it somewhere...

    Nice!
    I don't do civil or fashion button's.
But I do like the five on the right (with string and oversized swas).
    Very art deco.

A shame the symbols original meaning was destroyed. These look civilian with the flowery bit behind them.

    Leaning against the box?
I have no idea. All I can see is a crown and what looks like a male. I’ll update when it all arrives.
