Is this mark German? The imperial family or not?

I remember I had seen it somewhere before because of the crown. But I cannot remember whether it is German or not. What is this mark and what is the maker of it? Thanks

A crown and crescent moon were German hallmarks from the 1880s onwards, along with a milessimal fineness mark. But I don't see that here. That's not to say it isn't 90% silver...it's probably not made in Germany.

Are those the only marks? What's the actual piece?

It would not surprise me if this were Italian pre-1933. Marks were not in a mandatory scheme then. But they've always liked their .900 silver. Perhaps the "al" beneath the crown is for Alessandria (only of the provinces of assaying.) Just guessing here unless or until we see more. That B. INGE.... ? Is there more to that?

The German crown is an imperial crown, closed at the top.
I have seen this particular crown on silver from Brașov (Transsylvania, Rumania) dating from the Austro-Hungarian period. The fineness is marked as 90.0, which also occurs on Eastern European silver.
I am not saying they are from Transsylvania, but they could be. It was an important silver and gold manufacturing region in the Austro-Hungarian empire. It was not as backward as we see in gothic horror movies, but rather a region with many nationalities and influences.
    The name, B. Ince?

I also think B. ince. Wiki says this surname is Enlglish and Welch. I’ve also seen references of Scandanavian. I have found 1 item saying B.ince, but they do not show the marks. Maybe you can inquire to try to find out.
