Japanese? Chinese? Elephant Censer Please help !

    I see many of these not exactly like this one, some old some new. I don't think this is new but WDIK? It is7" tall. Fully marked on the bottom though what it says I haven't a clue.     Hall mark reads "made for Qian Long Emperor"
