Help ID maker mark

Hello everyone I thought these marks would be easy to research but can’t seem to find anything any help with marks like always thanks to all...

Hello fig it’s a dragon bracelet

 

Looks like a male's ID bracelet with a name engraved on it. I also agree with inh that the mark looks like Chinghua. Or more likely two words: Ching Hua

 

Hello again it is indeed a if bracelet it says jimmy t Claxton with the numbers 351-31-09 which I thought might be a social security number but kinda short unless they where shorter in the past and for the make I thought the same on the name chinghua

 

Probably have some good interest in militaria - maybe Flying Tigers or something like that

 

Not a social security number - they have always been as long as they are now.
