I went hunting today again, for no good reason. And... bingo. There's a small white gold ring in the pile that went for next to nothing; I spent $30 on the rhinestone necklace and hope I can track down a maker. The dragon is JJ. The blue bracelet was $24 a few weeks ago. No idea whodunnit. That pin is old and the center is coral. Dutch?

It's definitely visible. What's unusual is they're all translucent to opaque stones.

    Bib necklace looks Bulgari-inspired.

Or something. The one I found is straight 1960s. No idea when Bulgari did theirs.

Perhaps you'd like to learn more about Bulgari and see other examples of their work.

From the New York Times: "Bulgari has been blazing a trail for color since the early 1960s when a new generation at the Roman jeweler, led by Paolo and Nicola Bulgari, began experimenting with daring combinations of precious and semiprecious stones in lavish rounded forms."

Yours doesn't appear to be 1960s to my eye. A close-up photograph of the clasp would be helpful.

And I do love these mesh ones. The whole lot cost me the equivalent of fifty dollars.

@Ownedbybear I grab those W&D gold or silver mesh purses whenever I see them, they always sell for me :)

I have a soft paste trinket box with cobalt blue decoration that I need help identifying. I know it isn't Sevres, or Versailles as it isn't high enough quality. Thanks for your input.

I do need better photographs; my camera batteries needed recharging. It takes blurrier pictures when that happens for whatever reason. The clasp on mine is a hook, no marks whatever.

I forgot all about this thread, I am just catching up.
Somewhere here I have a very similar mesh ciggy or eyeglass case. I don't think it is in very good shape. I also have (again somewhere here) a gold tone mesh handbag of my mother's.

Very nice finds everyone.. lots of eye candy.

I went to an estate sale end of the day on Saturday. A nice old Victorian house, I wish I had gone earlier but with COVID I am being cautious.

Anyway, found these 2 Fenton vases, left one is Peach Crest. On the right is Ivory Crest made only in 1940 & 41. Also bought a set of 6 needle etched cordials, nothing special but I sell sets like this every summer at our local flea :)
