Featured Info on Chinese Porcelain footed dish?

Any info on this little Chinese porcelain dish would be greatly appreciated!

Measures approximately 2” tall and 4 3/4” diameter

 

It doesn't look Chinese to me. Maybe European? Nordic? Germanic? Certainly not blue onion, but something of that ilk.

It also looks like a small bowl attached to a large bowl. Can you see how they are attached?

 

It is very pretty.
I suspect this could be @AuDragon's territory. I'm getting a Thai restaurant feel. That general region, I think.

That's a good thing. It means its a preconceived shape rather than a serendipitous pairing. The question becomes: where do you find a shape like that? I can see the shape as oriental better than the decoration.

 

I agree with AJ and MOS. Asian design and shape (looks Chinese) but the decoration style has really thrown me. I would suggest not Thai as their patterns are much more regular and I can't match Malaysian. The outside vertical line decoration looks Chinese to me, it's the inside pattern that is unusual. It almost looks Middle Eastern, but I checked several references and can't even get close to a match. It doesn't have the lovely scroll work of Islamic blue and white bowls either.
It could just be one of the many designs used on these types of export ware bowls. The fretting around the top rim suggests some use but the foot seems particularly clean. I don't think it has much age but is quite usable.
It really is a bit of a conundrum on a Sunday morning.
