McCoy Cookie Jar & No Hunting Planter

    More of Grandma's treasures: I searched online and the prices are all over the place. From the online searches I think they were made in the 1960's and some sites are saying "Rare" Cookie Jar or Planter. Any ideas on age and value? Sorry for the dusty pic...

    Oh my goodess! I just clicked on the link myself, and I got no where too!

    There were plenty listed, but not selling. I found this one sold for $29.95.

    #747 Decorated Bird Dog Planter, 1953
    both in Sanford's

    In my opinion the "No Hunting" Planter is the more desirable of the two. eBay has really soft prices on art pottery since the risk of a seller not properly describing defects is always present.
