That's a nice example, well decorated. It's by Kinkozan, one of the most famous of the Japanese Satsuma artists. As it is a well decorated example it will have decent value too as long as it isn't damaged. It will date to the late 19th century during the Meiji period.

I've been gathering Satsuma marks for a database, and don't have this particular version of the Kinkozan mark, would you be happy for me to use your image?

 

Yes it's a badly written Kinkozan mark. The first character is incomplete.

 

Yep, Kinkozan has perhaps some of the worst marks of any of the Satsuma makers, the sheer number of mark forms is so wide some of them look entirely unrelated. This also reads Kinkozan:
