This mark is wierd??? No city mark? And maker mark is upside down

    Another two emblems on the top of cover and the small cover inside the URN

    It looks close to the emblem of Clan Fraser of Lovat. They looks similar but not exactly same.

    It bears three sections of hall marks on small cover, large URN cover and the base.

    The surname Fraser showed up in the first Lovat crest you posted. I don't think it's actually a different family.

    Nice that all the pieces are marked and match what you had us look at first. And one of them has the London city mark!

    Just what is this? I can't tell.

    It is a water URN, shown in the first picture (Sorry it is not clear).
    Weight over 110 OZ and close to 20 inches tall.

    I'm not sure that a different phone will help, but if you had shown us a view from the side so that spigot in the front stood out, that would really help.
