The table is called a mesa brasero in Spain, probably the same in Mexico. A fire can be lit in the 'brasero' or brazier in the centre.

Ok, compare to link above. Has the same seal.
So you can google Artes de Mexico and the reg. #, and maybe find yours. Or maybe someone can roughly judge the age.

Someone will probably come along who has an idea. I generally don’t sell, so can’t give any suggestions.

It looks like someone put a plant in it. My guess is this was made in the 50s/60s, and in those days they sometimes put fireplace flues right in the middle of a living room - those conical metal things. Generally the fire pit was built in, but this could have slid right underneath. The chairs are probably that age too.

Thank you - Yes we have had a plant in the center for about 10 years. I really thought this was much older. Thanks you

1970s-ish for your pieces I'd think. And the table is decorative as the brasero is too small to be functional. (They burn coal, by way, not wood.) The chairs are of traditional Spanish Colonial design. An quick internet search will bring up other examples.

Here's what the internet has to say about Artes de México:

Artes De Mexico Internacionales was a San Miguel de Allende atelier where dozens of artisans created furniture in styles indigenous to the region. It operated from the early 1960s until the mid-1980s – holding a trademark for the name from 1965 until 1987. As all the furniture they produced was bespoke and handmade, no two pieces are exactly alike. The atelier was owned by Englishman Guy Schlee and Jeanne Valentine, his French wife.
