Resin ornamental boot help with makers mark

Hello all.. not sure if correct forum but looking for who this maker is on resin ornamental boot. It has an "A"

There's a series of these, can't recall the damn name!

 

In the early 2000's, I had an employee who collected the ones from a company called something like Raines(???)

I believe the ones she liked were called the "Just the Right Shoe" collection.

I have no idea if the one Donna has shown here is from that collection or that company.

 

That's it! Just the Right Shoe. I'm pretty sure this is one of those.
