Need opinions on the celadon 4” bowl find

    The chatter marks are often seen as a sign of late Ming / Wanli period production but they are a bit obscured by the glaze to tell if they are natural (as opposed to being carved as in a repro)

    A close up of the foot rim head on and at a 45 deg angle might help.

    Aquitaine Is What It IS! But NEVER BORED!

    It kind of looks like the START of a signature, where circled, but either is unfinished or very primitive.....Just a ‘C’ showing and MAYBE a ‘D’....
