Jewelry Give Away 3

A few more things that I'm giving away. I'd like to be reimbursed for postage, but we can talk about shipping method and perhaps come up with a good solution.

1) On the far left is a chain necklace with a religious cameo pendant. It's the Virgin Mary. I'm pretty sure the cameo is shell. It's rather small (less than an inch high). The pendant has some Catholic symbols on the back and is marked Sterling.

2) Going across the top, a cameo pin. It's rather heavy feeling, which is why I've never really worn it. It might go well on a coat or jacket. It's not marked that I can see. The cameo is made of some type of plastic. The metal is made in two pieces, soldered together on the back.

3) Far top right, a pin made from a mah jongg tile. I bought this new from somebody who made them, about 20 years ago.

4) Second row: a cameo pin. Cameo made of resin, in a diamond-shaped setting made of some base metal.

5) Next to the right: small pin with pointed edges. A piece of mother-of-pearl (I think) glued in the middle, slightly crooked. The setting is base metal.

6) Plastic lapel pin with the U. S. Bicentennial logo (1976). The pin on the back is slightly crooked.

7) Some kind of clip... ring-shaped clip on the back. Has a paper label that says Made in West Germany. Iridescent round insert(mother of pearl, or something else) glued on the front.

8) Jade bracelet with gold-colored metal. Has paper tag that says "Genuine Jade - Made in Taiwan Republic of China."

9) Two scatter pins with amethyst colored stones and pearls. The swirly one is missing one pearl. The pointed one is missing two stones and one pearl.

I'll wait several days to see if there is more than one person interested. Will pick names if so!

I think the metal on the jade is 18k gold.

 

I didn't find any marks, but that doesn't mean it's not!

Actually, I looked earlier... didn't look again (but thought about it after reading your comment).

 

It's Taiwanese factory made, so I'm guessing gold plate on a good day. We only wish it was 18k.(sigh) All I generally find is gold-filled and that's on a good day.

 

Throw my name in too, Fig. Not likely I'd get lucky again, but can't resist taking a chance...
