Wood Carved Mug

    Best clue is on the label, the sign for the currency of the country of origin. Likely somewhere in Africa but look up currency symbols and see where more precisely. And/or identify the wood species.

    OOOH, I hope that's not one of those really sticky strapping tapes....will be a bummer to get off clean.....

    Not that sticky. At least it’s solid wood. I hate when they use tape over painted laquer or other materials that are destroyed when removing the tape.
