Modern studio glass bowl/dish signed, few questions

Seems to be dated "99/00" (not sure why the two dates) had no luck with the signature, I'm not expecting big money on this, but was going to post on Ebay with a starting bid of $20 and see if there would be any interest.

Would I call this handmade? I don't think it is hand blown glass, maybe molded or bent somehow? It has bubbles and sparkles visible from the top, then aspen leaves painted on the surface. Bottom has a bumpy texture. (Not a large piece, 4" across.)

Just need a keyword or two, and if anyone has luck w/the signature by some miracle, let me know. Thanks so much.

 

Just guesses but a couple of possibilities -- DC or DE (made the rounded edge of the "D" into a point to make the "E" mark?).

Then "C" for copyright or it's the short-mark for "at" then "Cuin" or "Evin" and used the long tail on the "n' to separate the '99/'00.

Like I said, just guesses but . . . .

I think it is very attractive (especially the colors).

What was throwing me off was that last letter, the way it went down made it look like a "q" or a "y", but when you pointed out that it was an "n" w/a long tail to separate the dates, I checked "Cuin".

In my google search, I also added "Colorado" to "Cuin" because that is where I purchased this and the Aspen leaves suggested a possible connection. Bingo!

He does "Dichroic glass plates & dishes" among other things, I'm confident this is a match.

After reading your replies, I looked up his website.

I could have stayed on that website longer, but have already found three things I dearly love -- his Aspenfall Bowl, Elk Moon Bowl, and the Lantern (which is my favorite!!!), among others.

And a big thank-you for alerting me to the "fused and slumped" terminology.
