Help ID’ing company Mark and signature porcelain lidded bowl

    Another thrift store find I felt worthy of its own post. When I brought this one home it was disgustingly filthy. The mark on bottom says”HAND DECORATED” in the shield but I can not make out the wording around edge, as you can plainly see why. Would love to know If anyone recognizes the piece or the mark? Ok, so while taking the images to post here, right in front of me the entire time is a signature on the top, dut-da-doo :facepalm:. But I need help with that too. 6.75”W X 4.5H

    Bingo! thank you very much. Seems most of the hand painted items were signed with no real significance. Thanks again *thumbs up*
