    The print is 15 X 17 Mato- K--wapi might be the title

    The subject is Mato Kuwapi, which means Chased by Bears in Dakota (related to Lakota).
    Mato Kuwapi, 1843-1915, was a Santee Dakota who has become known in NA spirituality because of his statement on NA spirituality. I don't know if there is an authenticated photograph or portrait of him, but this print is a beautiful tribute to him.

    Thanks AJ Bart the names of the artist is no very well known I have come up with ) on him.

    On the contrary I think and am almost sure that it is a tribute by well known

    Bart Forbes is one of America’s preeminent artists and illustrators.He has worked for popular magazines including TIME, Sports Illustrated, Ladies Home Journal, McCalls, Golf Digest, as well as a broad selection of corporate clients.His distinctive style has been highly sought.Among his highest honors were 1986 Sport Artist of the Year given by the American Sport Art Museum and Archives, and selection as Official Artist for the 1988 Olympics.His work spans a wide range of topics, but he is best known for his sports illustrations.He has designed over 20 commemorative stamps for the U.S. Postal Service.Other sporting events he has illustrated and designed posters for include the Boston Marathon, PGA and Senior’s tournaments, The Americas Cup, the Indianapolis 500 and 1992 and 1996 Olympic Games.In addition to his many sports theme paintings and posters, Forbes has also produced a number of beautiful series based on his studies of endangered species, history, and music.
