Can anyone help identify

    Seems to be a couple of these on EBay that look very similar but with different stamp signatures. I typed in Young girl reading to her Grandpa.

    looks Italian stylistically capodimonte type from the 70's or so

    the shoes and socks suggest a girl but I don't know.

    Very young children used to be dressed pretty much alike, but a girl's hair would have been allowed to grow long. Suspect they wouldn't have given a girl a book bag either.

    Forgot to say welcome @John G You have the advantage of being able to trace the writing with a fingertip; what do you read? I'm seeing Sache/i Cose but am far from certain. "Cose" is Italian for "things", so could be title of the composition rather than signature of artist.

    School smock, book bag, book. I'd think it was a boy too. A more modern take below.

    Hi
    I tried to look on google to see if i could try and find something similar so @Houseful thanks a lot for finding similar items on eBay. i'll try and see if i can find them @Bronwen i was trying to figure out what it said Sache / Bache. Essor?? Cose is a good shout so ill try and see if anymore info comes up. Does anyone recognise the makers mark to base?

    First word--Tyche. I see a lot of Capodimonte style marked Tyche Bruno and Tyche Tosca, but who or what is a mystery.
