Storage Find,Antique Brass Tribal Cross Candleholder 28 1/4x13"

    Storage find.I know nothing about the nice item.To me it appear to be some type of tribal cross candleholder,but I don't know.Measure about 28 1/4"x13" measure from bottom hook and 13" is the cross piece.All brass.I don't see a name or city.
