Is this by Matisse?

    I found this today at a local thrift store. I think it's by Matisse for some reason but am not sure.
    It has some mild foxing near top edge which makes me think it may have some age?
    Any thoughts would be appreciated; it's small (7.5" x 9.5" w/o frame - but 19.5" x 22" w/frame)
    Also, last photo of bottom right corner - is that a signature?

    I don't think so about either question - by Matisse? or is that a signature lower right corner?
