23C Gold Pendant & Beaded Necklace & Earrings...Info & Mark Help??

First time I have see this 23C mark...What is the mark below 8???...I believe it is India Gold..Could the black beads be pearls??...Any Help Appreciated.

Could be Thai Baht jewelry,commonly 22,23,and 24K plated.

 

Then maybe that could be 23 over GMS for 23 grams. First thing i'd do is get it tested, if you haven't done so already.

 

I tested the pendant & the earrings,which are each marked 23C & they passed with 18K solution...The gold beads & clasp ,not marked failed at 10K test.

 

That sounds like high grade gold-filled, or an unholy mix. I'd get it tested too.

 

I agree, likely goldfilled, which means a fairly thick layer of gold on base metal.
It looks Indian or Pakistani, as you thought. Probably for a wedding (visitor, not bride).

If the pendant and earrings were solid gold, the spacers and clasp would be as well, Indian/Pakistani goldsmiths take pride in that kind of thing. In that case I would also expect the pendant to be entirely handmade, with real applied filigree and granulation. That doesn't seem to be the case here, although it is difficult to see on pictures made with a flashlight.
