    Looks Iranian, perhaps Tehran style. Very difficult to date from the pics, modern copies of these are also being made in China. Probably not an antique from the pics, glaze runs look deliberate rather then from uncontrolled kiln firing.

    I will throw out Iznik, with a question mark? Use the term polychrome for searching.

    Iznik is Turkish rather than Persian and the designs are usually a bit bolder in size, but you are right there is a lot of cross-over especially in the 20th century.

    Agreed with you that it is from Turkey (iznik style). And could it be old?
    I also found that someone painted the base of the vase with white color to cover the dirt black

    Beautiful vase, abdel. Vintage rather than antique, imo.
    I could be wrong, but it looks Palestinian to me. Palestinian ceramics often have the brick red seen in Iznik, but their ceramics have a more overall Arabian look, and the colour palette is stronger than Iznik.

    Iznik often uses tulips and carnations as central designs, that is one of the ways to recognize it.
