Help decipher verso please

Dear Friends,

Please take a look at the some marks on the back of this painting please, one is in German, a stamp, perhaps stating 'dom und kontrol relikte denkmalschutz' (cathedral and relicts monument protection control?), anyone know about this?

And then there are the stencil numbers, anyone have an idea of how to progress with these, which auction house they came from, etc.? and then how to solicit their help.
