My grandmother had one of those bowls! She used to make a very 1950's concoction in it: yellow Jell-o with shredded carrots and canned crushed pineapple...

No comment on the Jell-o, but I have a real fondness for that bowl!

Thanks all - a bit short of the auction estimate - but so were most of the sales. A few of the pieces in this auction went for WAY over estimate - but I'm definitely happy with the sale - I got it at the thrift after all :):)

And get them spayed or neutered!! It can be done when they are 6 weeks if they weigh enough (2lb).

They are BITTY! I hope you can catch them all and maybe mama too. If she's a Siamese odds are she didn't start life as a street cat.

Oh, Johnny, they're wonderful! I imagine you plan to find homes for them, eventually(?)

They remind me of @DragonflyWink 's Bart & Lisa! Simply adorable!

And yes, as Messi has said, get them ALL (including Mommy Cat!) spayed/neutered.

Thanks for the picture - looking forward to more!

If you’ve ever wondered what all those funny symbols mean on coats of arms…
Vintage 1950s/1960s heraldic linen cocktail napkins.
(Yup, they need to see the bottom of a hot iron but I think they’re pretty neat!)
