I mean that the markings themselves are not read from this direction. Think about trying to read English with the text on it's head.

The first 2 characters the right (reading from the top down) are Da Qing, but don't get your hopes up about that implying that the vase was made in the Qing dynasty (although the dynasty did not end until 1911.) The Chinese have often used "honorific" reign marks.

We need better eyes on this than mine. @Mat might be able to help.

I’m suspicious about this piece. It looks like Kangxi mark but the quality of the drawing is not on a level. The design is somewhat strange too. Could be a Japanese piece.

Hello again Abdel. It is a beautiful vase.
The mark looks like a Xianfeng mark to me, 1851-1861, which would correspond to the period of the vase imo.
That period was a troubled one in China, and quality control for porcelain was not as tight as 50 years earlier. You can see the imperfections, dark spots, on the base.

It says Da Qing Kangxi Nian Zhi (Chinese), according to gotheborg.com.

Kangxi Reign mark. Made after republic period (after 1950s)
