    Not much of a whiskey drinker, but I was outbid on the furniture of a forced sale by bailiff, that I took my chance on the spirits...

    Deco Whiting & Davis mesh purse, brass frame - much enamel loss (possible kyratisation in store but like its current state also). I have probably 100 similar flapper era bags both mesh & glass beaded; this one was a deal at $5.

    ....Aaand this guy, although technically he found me - just strolled up with that goofy grin while I took some trash out to the alley at midnight....that was nearly 3 weeks ago and no one has claimed him. He is an incredibly good boy and I'd love to keep him but my 6 cats Do. Not. Want.

    Oh no @kristiaan so sorry to hear. That is the only downside to furbutts and I'm going to hug this guy right now in your honor. He is just outside my door telling me off for not walking him as I type...(it's 90 degrees here & very humid, he does not care lol. We have already had 3 walks earlier.)

    I feel the same @SBSVC - If I were made to choose between the two, it's bye bye purse. haha.

    Thanks Rufus!
    Always had dog's, but I am getting to old for those big one's....
    It is getting hard to lift them when needed.
    The house is empty...
    Still doing things in function of...

    @kristiaan -

    This is the 1st dog I have had since childhood - however I have six cats & live in a big open loft (1800s bldg) so the good boy is a bit of work (but worth it).

    My 1st cat lived 19.5 years & I had him euthanized due to stomach cancer.... know what you mean by "Still doing things in function of..."

    Hope the empty house feeling goes, and soon.
