ID Chines mark

    Hi everyone can someone ID this mark for me could not find it anywhere thank you IMG_9513.JPG

    Doesn't look like any of the usual "Chinese" characters to me. Maybe it's not Chinese (or even Japanese.) Can you post a picture of the public side of the piece?

    Just as likely to be Japanese, I guess. Looks like some of the "seal" type marks I have seen, but I think you should wait for @Mat for an opinion.

    I cannot help with the mark, the second character appears to be "光". The overall appearance of this jar makes me think that it might be Korean. Did you buy it from the same source as the bowl?

    The one on the left is "Fu", luck, and the one in the center "Shou", longevity.

    The vase should contain 3 words, fortune prosperity and longevity

    Hi its only contain 2 words the same word on both sides is it Chinese?
