Just today my wife acquired this gateleg gaming table at a flea market. I don't much about antiques and furniture, but was able to figure out what it was through some research. I'm wondering, in particular, if the inlayed griffin holds any significance? Someone I asked on Reddit said it was probably post-WW II, based on the manufacturer's stamp. Thanks!

Chained Griffon may be part of someone’s coat of arms. Pretty table and useful too.
