    Yes but then you would know the name of the person who has owned it, this doesn't seem to be the case in the ad I posted. I could just as well have been your regular neighbour.

    Consignors to auctions often wish to remain anonymous. I don't know where you live, but I have no neighbors who could be described as a 'lady of title'. But then, I'm in the US.
