That back screams costume, but that doesn't mean the stone isn't semi precious. Beads are probably glass.

 

not sure the beads are "glass" as they appear irregular to me. if they were glass they would be more uniform. But still a nice costume piece.

 

Glass beads can absolutely be irregular

 

Yup, lampworked can be uneven.

 

Low grade lapis.
