The engraving appears to be a stylized Fenghuang Phoenix.

 

Ok, I think I have it now.

足银 = Pure Silver

Other meanings for 足 when used as an adjective are such that it can represent 'full' in reference to a quantity or amount of something. Therefore, when placed together with the word for silver, 银, the overall translation becomes Pure Silver.

So, still not a maker mark, but at least that makes more sense than a description of it's intended purpose.

To be honest, I should have picked up on that earlier... I was just so focused on trying to actually read the character itself in the image, as opposed to thinking logically about what the bracelet is actually made of in the first place, oh well, at least I got there in the end.

Pity there's no other marks... but at least you have a Chinese mark, and a phoenix and a dragon image to research from...
