Any info on Peruvian(?) statue?

My friend found this in a storage auction he bought for the furniture to fill his 2nd hand store. I bought it from him mostly on the 2 pieces of tale with a name? and a dollar amount; but cheap enough so even if it's just a tourist piece I can easily sell it or put it out in our garden.
I see Zackipili but googling that alone & with Peru gets me nothing - anyone have any ideas what it means?
Any thoughts on the statue? (a - small - ray of hope is that most of these you see have a hole in the bottom; I guess for easier molding? And this was doesn't have any I can see except that weird smile/mouth!)

It is modern Mexican, a version of the Aztec god Xochipilli. Purely decorative.
