The pictures need to be bigger so we can see the details - particularly what is written on the bottom.

It looks to me to be a type of figurine referred to a "Dresden Lace". Since it commemorates Mozart, I would guess a souvenir, possibly from Vienna.

I suggest searching "Dresden lace figurine" on eBay and checking completed sales to see what the prices are like. Yours doesn't seem to have a maker's mark, and it's not very elaborate. These figurines are very fragile and damage hurts the value of course.

Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

Is this marked by the maker at at all? If so, it would be a good idea to include that in your searching. I saw one with the same Mozart inscription, but also marked with D and a crown, and "Reine Handarbeit" under that. It is a different figurine, of two people -- a man and woman. It sold this month for $65 US. eBay item number: 114604151825. This will only be shown online for a couple of months, so I am not including a link.
