I have a small aluminum or Pewter flower basket with handle. I wonder if a candle may have gone inside it. Dimensions are about 4 1/4" top dia. x 3 1/4" bottom dia. from petal tip to petal tip x 4" tall from the ground to the midsection of the handle or 1 1/2" to basket. I would like to request help with company name and decade this is from. Thank you for your assistance. Rob

I doubt this has any to do with a candle. Doubt that anyone would want to put their hand that close to anything hot. Without being marked with either maker or material, that is about as far as I can go.

Aluminum. I had one once, unmarked, but identified as Rodney Kent based on the handle. Doesn't seen to me inconsistent with Rodney Kent stuff.

You are right, I am missing the ruby red bowl insert. Thank you. After looking at some of his work, I think I have some of those trays. Makes alot of sense now.

Thank you. I think some other members helped identify this as Rodney Kent and I think I have more of his stuff like trays. Makes a whole lot of sense to me now. Rob

It's an incent holder! You put a cone incent in the center, and the metal will catch the very hot ashes without any damage!

EDIT: Thought it was smaller, sry. Ah, oh well. Better luck identifying next time, right?

I appreciate your help. I thought it was a candle holder but another member doubted that anyone would want to put their hand that close to anything hot. The member has a good point. Rob

Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

The etsy link/listing that @i need help posted calls it a candy dish. Seems pretty small for that, but maybe for nuts, for small servings? Or maybe just a small pin dish, to put little random items. Or maybe it didn't really have a designated use, and was just to be used as decoration.

I don't think the ruby red bowl insert came with it because the description says it is an anchor hocking ruby red bowl insert. Rob
