Anyone recognize this piece or can you read the signature? TYIA

Trying to get any help I can on this I think it is a litho or print In the last pic I was trying to show that the paper it is printed on is not regular (sorry for the glare) I've tried everything I can think of and got no results that even look similar I cannot make out the signature Any guesses? It is framed really nicely and thinking it might be a nicer piece of art Of course beauty is in the eye of the beholder lol The piece is really big At least 3' x 4' TYIA

I wish!! I am tempted to open it up but I am not sure anything else will be legible or even if there is anything on the inside

 

What are the pink and black lines on top and bottom? Are they underneath?

 

I think just printed, decorative things I will have to take another look at it but it is where i cannot get to it by myself right now
